How It Works
1. Create a Quote Template
Quote Templates are the foundation for the quotes and their respective landing pages. These are customizable stylistically, and feature your company logo and whatever service you’re quoting for.
2. Generate Quotes
Once you have a great-looking template, it’s time to generate quotes. These quotes contain unique QR codes that can be activated via the CowboyQuote app and scanned by customers to go to their unique Quote Landing Page.
3. Print, Cut, and Activate Quotes
After printing the quotes, it’s time to prepare them for the field. Cut, hole-punch, and prepare those rubber bands for door-hanging action. All you need now is a pen and your CowboyQuote App. Write down the price for the service you’re quoting (a nice personal touch) and scan with the CowboyQuote App. Users on the ‘Cowboy’ Plan are able to record a video that will magically appear on the landing page for the Customer.
4. Customer Scans and Signs
In recent years, the general population has become tech-savvy enough to know exactly what to do with a QR code. When customers scan their quote’s QR code, they are taken to a unique landing page where they can learn about your company, watch their personalized video, and sign and accept their quote.
